Descended from a French family with strong roots in Mexico, Yves studied hotel management in Grenoble, France, before traveling the world aboard luxury cruise liners. After giving up life on the high seas, he became maître cuisiner, sommelier, executive chef and food and beverage manager of internationally-renowned 5-star hotels.
