Establecido en los años 70's, por Bruno Sclisizzi, como Bruno's "El Circo" en San Miguel de Allende. El retaurante fue reconocido por sus exquisitos cortes, además de los espectaculos de los tragafuegos, acrobatas, así como cantantes y bailarines de meseros. En 1980, Bruno se mudó a Ajijic porque le recordaba al San Miguel de Allende de hace años. Abriendo así uno de los primeros restaurantes en el pueblo, con el mismo tema de "El Circo" que tenía anteriormente. Vicki, la hija de Bruno, llegó a Ajijic en 1990 para ayudarle a administrar el restaurante, donde el tema de circo fue evolucionando y pronto sería reconocido como "The place for steaks (el lugar para los cortes)". Actualmente, el nieto de Bruno, es el propietario de este maravilloso lugar, pasando así por 3 generaciones de la familia Sclisizzi. The restaurant was recognized for its exquisite cuts, in addition to the shows of fire-eaters, acrobats, as well as waiter singers and dancers. In 1980, Bruno moved to Ajijic because it reminded him of the San Miguel de Allende of years ago. Thus opening one of the first restaurants in the town, with the same theme of "El Circo" that it had previously. Bruno's daughter Vicki came to Ajijic in 1990 to help him run the restaurant, where the circus theme evolved and would soon be known as "The place for steaks." Bruno's grandson is currently the owner of this wonderful place, thus passing through 3 generations of the Sclisizzi family.
