Balam Balche our Mexican Signiture Bar,  balam means jaguar and balche is a ritual alcoholic drink in Mayan culture, has brought together Mexican different regions inspired mixology to one single place.  The Place of the 3 moons, Moons represent feeling , thought or emotion, The number 3 is a sign of completion and the triangle is deeply related to spiritual growth and ascertion, Three is also represents body, mind and spirit. So Chichan is a place to connect your senses, emotions, spirituality, and enjoy the moment. We believe that architecture should always connect with nature, with astronomy, with life itself so we have built a place in which people connect with the world and with other amazing people. Balam Balche nuestro bar de firma mexicana, balam significa jaguar y balche es una bebida alcohólica ritual en la cultura maya, ha reunido la mixología inspirada en diferentes regiones mexicanas en un solo lugar. El lugar de las 3 lunas, las lunas representan sentimiento, pensamiento o emoción, el número 3 es un signo de finalización y el triángulo está profundamente relacionado con el crecimiento espiritual y la aserción, el tres también representa el cuerpo, la mente y el espíritu. Entonces Chichan es un lugar para conectar tus sentidos, emociones, espiritualidad y disfrutar el momento. Creemos que la arquitectura siempre debe conectarse con la naturaleza, con la astronomía, con la vida misma, por eso hemos construido un lugar en el que las personas se conectan con el mundo y con otras personas increíbles.
